The coming season
« on: January 25, 2018, 09:06:09 AM »
The clubs committee will be meeting on Sunday morning (28th Jan) in the clubhouse at 11.30am. Members are welcome to sail as usual however the clubhouse will not be available from 11.30am onwards.
A number of matters concerning the coming season will be discussed and decisions taken; I will ensure the minutes are posted in the members only section very soon afterwards.

Weeding will once again have to be done if we are to sail. Sadly one of the regular helpers will not be able to help due to health problems. Bottom line is we need those who can do it to turn up otherwise we will have problems. I am unable to lift or pull but can row the boat without any ill effects and am ready to do so.

I will be raising this at the committee meeting and hope to get back to regular attempts at removing as much weed as we can to help the blue dye do its work.
model boats are great fun, the faster the better.Floating kettles are interesting

Today I took delivery of our supply of blue dye (96) and as soon as the water warms up I will put it in . (Elaine likes the Blueberry look!)
